Today is a special staff feature – Sr. Gomez! He is not only our elementary Spanish teacher but also our official Language Liaison at WMAES.
¡Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Señor Gómez. Yo soy el maestro de español en la escuela primaria. También soy el contacto principal y el coordinador para las familias hispanohablantes en toda la escuela WMAES. Mi objetivo es brindarles un apoyo extra a los alumnos, padres, y otros familiares para navegar mejor el sistema educacional y para que puedan involucrarse en la comunidad de WMAES. Yo asisto generalmente a eventos en la escuela, conferencias con los padres, y también doy una mano cuando es necesario en la escuela. Si me ven en los pasillos, espero que me saluden. Hasta luego!
Hello everyone! My name is Mr. Gómez. I am the elementary Spanish Teacher and the Language Liaison for all of WMAES. I am here to help the Spanish-speaking families who need extra support at our school. My goal is to help students, parents, and other family members better navigate the educational system and involve them in the WMAES community.
