Re-Enrollment
2026 – 2027 School Year
Re-enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year will be open February 2, 2026 through March 1, 2026.
Please look for a message from your school leader regarding how to re-enroll your child. All students who do not fill out their intent to return in this window will have to complete a Open Enrollment application.
Open Enrollment
2026 – 2027 School Year
Open Enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year will be held March 2, 2026 through April 13, 2026.
Lottery for open enrollment will be held April 14, 2026 at 4:00PM.

Documents and Checklist
1. Needed documents are listed below. The first 2 documents are required within the first 30 days of enrollment. The next 2 help to ensure we provide the best education for your child. The last 2 are required for kindergarten enrollment.
- Copy of your child's Birth Certificate
- Copy of your child's Immunization Record
- Copy of the current report card or transcripts (6th through 12th grade students)
- Copy of an IEP/504 (if applicable)
- Kindergarten Health Appraisal
- Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment
2. A family and student introductory meeting with our Principal(s)
- This meeting is not required but an option for parents.
- All documents should be on file OR bring them with you to the meeting.
- Meetings will start in May and continue throughout the summer.

3. School Tour
- WMAES has Student Ambassadors who give tours throughout the school year. Please visit our website here to find our Scheduling Calendar to schedule your tour today!
4. Assessment for Kindergarten placement
- This will begin during the summer months (usually August).
- Families will be contacted with dates with all the details.
