STEP 3: Required and Requested Documents

• Documents can be uploaded within our secure Enrollment Application
• Documents required for enrollment
  • Birth Certificate or other form of proof of date of birth (Such as: Affidavit of Parentage, Baptism or Church Certificate, Immigration Documents, or Passport)
  • Immunization Record or Health Department Waiver Form (dated for the current school year)
• Documents requested but not required
  • Student's Most Recent Report Card or Grades
  • A copy of the current Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan
• WMAES will be in contact with you throughout the enrollment process through email or by phone

STEP 4: Student and Family Introductory Meeting with the Principal.

• This meeting is not mandatory for enrollment and is available upon request by the principal or by the parent/guardian.
