It could be said that every day is earth day at West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science! Our students learn outdoors nearly every day by exploring our 62-acre campus. From gardens to grow our salad bar to trails and ponds to collect samples – our preschool through 12th-grade students transition from desk to dirt all year-round.
On Monday, April 22, 2019 we got a visit from Maranda of WOTV4 who wanted to share the love for Earth Day. She came out to help our students plant trees. She even interviewed some of our students and Mrs. Barrett.
